This costume has a hand painted shirt that is blacklight reactive as well as the shorts and will glow in the dark when exposed to a blacklight!
Puppet also available as a separate rental for $45. This is different from the EVA foam one listed separately. This one is a hand puppeted foam created puppet that is reactive to blacklight.
