Andover High School performed Les Miserables and needed several costumes. We were very fortunate to be able to work with The Costume Gallery to obtain beautiful ball gowns and a wedding gown. These dresses were antiques and were worn with hoops and made for a most impressive scene. Costume Gallery also built us a French Revolution period military jacket for the lead character. It was put together in one week and was custom tailored to order. When Jean Val Jean performed "Bring Him Home" he was absolutely stunning in this jacket. We found that The Costume Gallery was very accommodating and took a lot of the stress off of our costume committee with their suggestions and eagerness to help. They have a huge selection of costumes and many accessories. Claire and her staff definitely helped make this show a huge success.
